If we enter into or prepare an agreement, we process business contact details and the documentation required for counterparty due diligence, under the relevant contract rather than this notice.
We process personal data to operate and secure the website, to respond to enquiries, to prepare, negotiate and perform contracts, to comply with legal obligations, and to pursue legitimate business interests such as record-keeping and dispute defence. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to a given visitor, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
